COVID-19 continues to impose unprecedented implications on our communities, and at CardUP we are cognizant of the challenges non-profits are facing in meeting their revenue needs. Their vital support and services is depended on by beneficiaries in our communities, so we have made it our mission to remove as many obstacles as we can for them to return to normal operations. CardUP is providing free subscriptions through July 31, 2020 to eligible 501(c)3 non-profit organizations to do what we can to help charities generate vital revenue. This is what a CardUP free subscription can do for you.
A new source of revenue.
Offering CardUP branded donation cards in exchange for a donation offers an opportunity for your organization to incentivize donations so you can acquire transactions that may have not been completed without added return value for the donor.
Relieve office staff.
We take the bookwork out of processing and delivering donations cards. Nothing is left to be delegated to a bookkeeper or office manager. From card creation, to sending, to tax receipts, to payments, we take care of everything.

Who is the Subscription Assistance Program (SAP) for?
The Subscription Assistance Program was specially designed for organizations who:
✓ Have experienced fundraising and donation shortages OR who have scaled operations in response to COVID-19 and are in need of expanded income OR have another type of repercussion from COVID-19
✓ Are recognized as 501(c)3 by the Internal Revenue Service
✓ Have an annual revenue from the previous fiscal year under $5,000,000
✓ Have 25 employees or fewer
What products or subscriptions are covered?
Organizations granted access to the Subscription Assistance Program will be provided with our Premium plan (our most expansive software offering).
How does the program work?
Eligible organizations can request the fee waivers by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, they can call our Non-Profit Relations office at +1 (929) 888-9122, ext. 710. Once an organization has been determined eligible, they will be walked through account setup blindly by one of our account managers.
How long will subscriptions be free?
Currently, the Subscription Assistance Program will run through July 31, 2020. At that time, we will request a credit card be put on file to cover our nominal monthly fees going forward. We are sure you will never look back, but you can cancel service if you decide. If we determine, based on worldwide implications of COVID-19, that the program should be extended then we will do so.
